Transitional Housing Project

ree

We are excited to announce that we have recently set up our first two transitional houses for the guests of SWCC.

SWCC has partnered with landlords to provide peace of mind for their homes and tenants. This means regular contact with tenants and ensuring the property is being well maintained while at the same time supporting our guests with any other needs such as daily living skills if needed. This gives our guests the opportunity to build their rental history over time.

We are hopeful that more landlords will come forward so that we can provide people doing it tough with affordable housing.

It's a win-win for all really - due to relationships already being built with our guests we can match people and properties that we feel would work and also provide landlords with a peace of mind service knowing that we will look after their homes to a high standard at the same time knowing we are doing our small part of helping the most vulnerable people in our community in a housing crisis market.

If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact our office for more details.
