At Safe Waters Community Care Inc. we see and value our team as a whole, from the Board of Directors, our Management Team and every one of our Volunteers each overlapping and complimenting each other, we cannot exist without the other.
Meet The Team
Sarah leads a team consisting of board members, shelter coordinators, staff and volunteers. Sarah enjoys seeing people connect at all levels and is passionate about giving vulnerable people a voice through advocacy and helping them to see their own true potential through connecting with others.

Tanya Prisk
Support Worker
Tanya discoverd her passion for helping people after working in the community for 10 years and completing her studies her passion grew and she knew this was the industry for her.
Becoming a part of the team at Safe Waters has given Tanya the ability to help make a difference in peoples lives and she is commited to help them get to where they want to be.
Jodi is one of two Shelter Coordinators sharing a full-time position with Rebecca.
Jodi enjoys fitness and has qualifications in Community Services. No matter where people are in their lives Jodi feels it is important they feel they matter and loves to see our guests wellbeing improve through safety and connection.

Lillian Nugent
Support Worker
Lillian has over 35 years combined experience in children's and community services and education. Lillian is passionate about supporting people to be the best version of themselves, to learn to trust themselves and be responsible for the own wellbeing. Lillian would love to help people reconnect and feel a sense of belonging and importance within their community.
Rebecca is one of two Shelter coordinators sharing a full-time position with Jodi. Rebecca has a background in Community Services roles and shares her passion in helping meet people where they are at.

Pam Date
Past Project Manager - Highway Shelter building
Pam has over 40 years experience in the building industry assisting her husband Keith in many builds, organising trades people and doing alot of the hands on work herself including painting and decorating. Pam has an eye for detail and enjoys this work. After assisting people after the devastating black summer fires, Pam saw first hand the need in the area for crisis accommodation and wanted to help. We are extremely grateful for Pams assistance with our Hwy Shelter building upgrades.
